Delhi ncr region is my priority. but not the only choice if the college is good may opt for other place.

You can very well try different state level examinations, or else you can try state level consultancy. More over there are lots of Engg colleges in Karnataka & Tamil Nadu. Call on 9538328323 here you will get plenty of option on various colleges & respective Stream Of engineering
