I have passed my 12th from Assam State Board AHSEC. Will I be eligible for applying to universities abroad in US, Canada, NZ and Australia?

I have passed my 10th from SEBA, Assam, and 12h from AHSEC. I have seen a lot of foreign universities mention CBSE and HSSC boards (Maharashtra, Karnataka, WB, etc. ). On the educational requirements page on their websites. Do I have any chance, if at all, to have my application considered for B.Sc?
