I have passed my 12th with PCB from CBSE board. Will it be valid if I appear for Maths as an additional subject?

I passed 12th with PCB stream I chose bio because of my parents. I want to go to IIT. I am giving exam of maths as an additional subject. I am tensed that 2 degrees in JEE advance are valid or not- one of 12th PCB and other of Maths.
