Hello,
If you have passed classe 12th with 55% in supplementary, so I would like to tell you that now you can take admission for BCA now.
But, in Government University, it is very difficult to take admission, because your percentage is very low. But, you should try. I hope, you get admission in Government University, but in private you can definitely take admission.

Yes according to new education policy 2020 it is allowed to change college in 2nd year and colleges also accepted but you have to go first and talk to admin that I want to take admission in your college in 2nd year I am from this college etc.
