Hi,
These are some of the colleges in NCR that provide MBA with correspondence, you may check the link. It is hard to find a college with this percentage in Bachelors though. Minimum requirement is of 55%. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/colleges/distance-correspondence-mba-colleges-delhi-ncr
