I have passed my class 12th from council of secondary education Mohali board. Is this board eligible for taking admission in USA?

CSE Mohali is valid all over India.
So without any further information from your side we can't provide you any help like which stream you were in or how much marks you got. So I would suggest you to first get in touch with those universities which you aim to be a part of and get in contact with them whether the student with 12th degree from Mohali board is eligible for admission or not.
