I have passed my final year of B.A. with honours but some how have not been able to clear 1 of my pass papers. will i b able to pursue M.A?

Through regular mode it will be difficult as till the time you don't clear your compartment no university/ college is going to give you regular admission and some of them even refuse provisional admission as by the time compartment result is out their session is midway.

You can get provisional admission but you have to clear that exam under given time by college or university
