I have passed my graduation with 44.25% in 2014 from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Am I eligible for MBA or not?

No, not For MBA because 99% colleges demand 50% minimum. However, you can do MBA in some poor college, but that won't give you any value ahead. You can try for PGDM.
