i have passed out bsc microbiology with 59%.should i continue the subject or pursue msc in bioanalytical science or envionmental science?.

as i m having second class. i m confused about taking the subject for msc. so i want to ask that microbiology is having scope or not?? or if i switch microbiology, what should i take evs or bioanalytical science? plz suggest better one out of these options..
