You need to do your graduation first with specialisation and then do your Masters

you need to do Bachelor's degree first (B.SC) than you will eligible for Master (M.SC)..

best subject can be your favourite subject in between Physics, chemistry , mathematics or biology.
you can go for Bachelor's degree after 12th standard.
