I have PCB in 12th and I want to go for software engineering. What should I do?

You can pursue B.Tech in CSE or IT. Alternatively, you can go for BCA.
But, if you are not keen interested in computer languages, I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE or IT because in today's world there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition in IT fie

But I don't know maths. Will I face difficulty in doing BCA?
