I have PCM in 12th & want to do B.Com from SJCC after 12th along with CA preferably. What is the eligibility criteria and cut-offs?

Is a PCM student eligible for B.Com from SJCC? How can I do CA along with B.Com? Does the college offer it? Is there any entrance I need to qualify?
