I have persued B.E in Electronics & communication with an aggregate of 69.3%. i want to do MS in Germany. what is the procedure to apply ?

Ur suppose to write IELTS, then take copies of all ur documents go to a consultancy or directly apply online to the universities then courier ur docs to the univ..... if ur application is accepted then they will reply....

You must apply before the end of the application period (July 15th for courses beginning in the Winter Session, January 15th for courses beginning in the Summer Session).
