I have PGDBA from SCDL with 65%. Further i want to apply for united india insurance job for Administrative Officer Scale I Where they have mentioned in Eligibility Criteria that Educational Qualification Must be Post Graduate and University / Institute duly approved by UGC / AICTE. Am i Eligible?

It totally depends upon the Recruitment officers to select from candidates. They probably prefer MBA over PGDBA students though you may consult the Advertisement or Article from which you applied the Job...
