i have PGDBA (operations mgt) from sym pune after 3 yr Diploma now want to do master degree in ARTS from which university is it possible

Pl confirm if this PGDBA (OPR) is done from SCDL? if yes, on the eligibility that you are diploma holder, then pl note that you wont be able to do any Masters as you are not graduate.
