I have plus two pass out in 2001. In 2003 i wrote improvement and got failed in Chemistry alone.

now i have written attempt and cleared the chemistry. In 2001 the theory pass mark is 40. After DMK came it was changed to 30 mark. If ADMK wins the election in another 2 days and if they change the pass mark to 40 again, will i be facing any problem? cos my mark is 31 only now and 30 is pass mark
