I have political science honors degree from DU Gargi College with third division. Am I still eligible to apply for B.Ed?

No, it is not possible. You have to improve your performance in graduation by improvement form. Or do the masters and maintain minimum eligibility qualifications.

Sorry to say but for B.Ed you must have at least 50% marks in graduation degree.

To pursue B.Ed, a minimum of 50% is required for general category students . If you belong to any other category, you can try. As I do not know your percentage, I cannot confirm your eligibility.
