Your rank is too far therefore, I would suggest you to have an eye on some other colleges too because getting admission here in SGSITS would be of less probability.

Seats are reserved but that will be filled within 1.5 Lacs range. If you really want this branch in SGSITS, right now, you can opt for any other branch in the same college and try to score good marks in the 1st year which will lead to your branch upgradation in the second year. JB, The last year's opening and closing ranks in EE at SGSITS were 83613 and 175265 respectively in your category. Hence your chances are very less in EE. However, biomedical, EIE and industrial and production engineering could be under this rank.
