i have prepared 2 year foundation course 11+12th for IIT JEE but i got just 77 marks in jee and i am general cat. Now what should i do?

Do what comes from ur heart. Either u can drop or go for btech. Think for it.

be hopefull apply for other institution

if you have faith in yourself then you take drop for 1 year and prepare . otherwise take any good private engineering college.
