I have pretty low academics worth 10 completed backlogs with 6.5 CGPA in UG. Can I pursue my Masters in CS in united states?

First of all, your UG Degree should be completed without any backlog remaining, so first clear all your backlog. To pursue Masters in United States you have to appear for entrance exam for various universities, like MIT, University of California.
