I have qualified CSIR UGC JRF NET (Life Science). Is this NET is valid for other life Science subjects, if I will do M.Sc. Again?

Your question is not so clear. However the CSIR UGC NET is conducted for the following subjects as under.
1. Chemical Sciences (701)
2. Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences (702)
3. Life Sciences (703)
4. Mathematical Sciences (704)
5. Physical Sciences (705)
