I have qualified GATE-2011 with 94 percentile and want to know how can i apply to top post graduating institutes in India

    You should look for ward to NITs , Thapar University , DCE and if your are from Electrical , ECE or from CS branch You can also look forward to IIITs . With your percentile IITs or IISc is not possible .
