I have qualified GATE 2019. Can I attend both AP PGECET and GATE AP PGECET counselling and choose the college from either of it?

Counselling for GATE students will be done first. Next following week, counselling is for PGECET qualified students. In Andhra University, GATE students have Maximum priority and will be given stipend INR. 12,400/-(only for some courses' with fellowship'). AU will release notification separately for
