I have qualified GATE in 2016 in civil engg. & my score is 286 for SC category, is there any chance to get admission & to get a scholarship?

Yes, there is some chances you can try but as you know the situation differs every time. So, its not that sure, but what you can do is give a try to it. You may get admission in any of the NIT and once you get Admission into any of the NIT you will be getting 10 to 12k per month.

Wisdom is the best one and as we all know that after IIT Bombay, Institute of Chemical Technology and Sardar Patel College of Engineering are there. These are some colleges which I can suggest you.
