You should be AJEE Advance qualify to get into IIT's. Mains will take you to the NIT's only. Moreover, there is B.Sc in Physics, and many relevant branches, you can get with your low Advance rank also.

First of all, you can't get admission in IIT by qualifying JEE Mains. For getting IIT, you have to qualify Mains and Advance, both and also have to score a good rank in JEE advance. Second thing for branch, you can go for engineering physics or M.Sc Physics.
