A conditional offer is given to those who are attending secondary school at present. There are certain conditions which need to be fulfilled before the class begins such as completion of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent or holding a certificate of completion of particular courses, such as English or Math, at a specific level.
