I have received counselling date from UPES. My interests is in CSE & aeronautical engineering. My father's option petroleum.

Can you tell me which one is best?

You should go for your interest because it is you who is going to do engineering. But placements of petroleum are quite good in comparison to CSE. But it is a waste if you are not enjoying what you are doing.

I agree with Shivam, adding to it, you will get subjects like Aerodynamics, Structures, Propulsion, Antenna, Orbital Mechanics etc., in aerospace.
