i have recently appeared in my 2 exams.and hope to get around 70%. i have been planing to continue my futher studies inUSA.what r d option

i have close relatives in virginia,USA who r ready to afford my living expenditure...i want to do aero. engg. if possible ,frm some reputed univ... what tests should i take in india? and are my plans reasonable? incase if m not getting the desired %age of 60-70 in 2.is there any alternative way?
