I have recently completed B.Com. Which course should I pursue now among MBA and PGDBO in banking & finance?

MBA is a better choice as it has a broader scope. With PGDBO (Post Graduate Diploma Banking Operations) you will be limited to banks and financial entities. But MBA provides various options which you can pursue.
I recommend MBA after graduation.
If cost is not the concern, go for MBA.

Yes, right. That is a good option, but the scope is limited. Also, the placement may also not be very good. You can get far better placement if you go for MBA from reputable colleges.
