I have recently done my 12th with PCB. How can I make my career in biotechnology?

Hello dear, B.Sc. In Biotechnology is a 3- year under-graduate course, involving an advanced study of the cellular and bi-molecular processes for development of a variety of technologies and products that contribute to improving peoples lives and health. The course is divided across 6 semesters, of six months each, and the basic eligibility for applying to the course is 10+2 qualification in the Science stream, completed from a recognised educational board. The course is offered in India at an average fee ranging between INR 1 and 3 lacs, varying across institutes. Admission to B.Sc. Biotechnology is entrance exam based. AIIMS Biotechnology entrance test, DU entrance test are some such entrance exams conducted for admission to the course. Some of thr top institutes offering the course include: Loyola College, Chennai St Xaviers College, Ahmedabad Christ University, Bangalore Fergusson College, Pune Ramjas College, University of Delhi Successful graduates of the course are lucratively hired in both private and government sectors, with an initial average annual salary ranging between INR 2.5 and 7 Lacs, depending upon the candidates expertise in the field B.Sc. In Biotechnology: Admission Process For admission to the course, eligible candidates are needed to qualify a relevant entrance examination, conducted at any of institute, state and national levels. Two subsequent rounds of group discussion and personal interview subsequently follow for assessment of candidates general aptitude for the course.
