For getting admission in B.Tech, you need to give any one entrance exam and than only you can get admission. Entrance exam like BITSAT, SRMJEEE and many more after getting score only, we can decide about the college. -
There are many college take admission without JEE Mains like SRM, VIT, BIT, etc. You can apply in these colleges.

Candidates have to authenticate themselves during JAC Chandigarh registration using JEE Main application number, Name as per JEE Main admit card, and Date of birth as per JEE Main application.
