I have recently given MA part 2 exams. Can I apply for NET in December? What is the percentage criteria?

    The UGC NET exam is conducted for the lectureship in the university and the JRF award. The candidates who wants to apply for the NET exam must fulfill the eligibility as follows:
    Educational:
    The candidates must have the post-graduation degree from the recognized university with more than 55% marks. The final year candidates in post-graduation also eligible to appear in UGC NET however the candidates will be given the certificate after successful completion of the post-graduation. Age limit:
    The Age of the candidates must be below 30 years for the UGC NET JRF while there is no age limit for the lectureship.

    Yes, if you are appearing or awaiting results for their final year examination of Masters degree are also eligible to appear for UGC NET 2018. You need to have minimum 55% to get admission.
