I have recently passed my class 12th. I have 6 subjects, and I have passed 5 of them. Now, what should I do about that 6th subject?

I have English, Economics, Business Studies, Accountancy, Entrepreneurship, and Physical Education. I got 75 in English, 93 in Economics, 95 in Business Studies, 85 in Entrepreneurship, and 79 in Physical Education. Due to a medical reason, I was not able to score well in Accountancy- I got 25!

6th subject is counted as an extra subject but you can reappear for it to increase your percentage. But for admissions 5 subjects are countable.
