I have score 72% in 10th and 57% in 12th. Am I eligible for IIM? If yes, then how much I should score in CAT exam?

There is no specific eligibility criteria for class 10th and 12th percentage, there are just ratings associated to these scores. So, it is recommended that you aim for a high percentile to make it to a good IIM so that your ranking based on a weighted average score is good.
I cannot pinpoint to a specific score because it is all relative, but you should aim for a percentile >99. -
Your 12th score is variably less but still if you achieve above 70 percent in graduation and if you score 99 plus in CAT and also clear 80 percentile sectional cutoff then there are chances of getting a call.
