I have score 81 percentile in JEE but I have got 55 percent in start board exam and my grouping is not completing so can I get admission.

JEE score 81 percentile and board score 55 percent in which I have got 35 marks in board maths and physics and 39 marks in chemistry so can I get admission in your college please say sir.
