I have scored 128 marks out of 300 in PCB. I want to pursue D.Pharm. Am I eligible to pursue D.Pharm from Government College of Pharmacy?

    For pharmacy in govt. colleges, 60% is minimum in PCB or PCM is required. In that case, you are not eligible for it. Try B.Sc in botany, chemistry or other science field for a good career. Try other govt. entrance examinations such as SSC if you are keen to go for a govt. job by working hard enough. SSC CHSL is based on 12th. Act as per your interest.
