You'll get Mechanical and EEE in NIT Warangal.
Though, I would suggest you to fill out the counselling for NIT Trichy and Surathkal, with CSE as the top priority, and then the other core branches such as ECE, IT and EEE.
You'll surely get one in any of the top three.

I would suggest you to take NIT Trichy or Warangal as sure you would get it by the end in CS branch.
