I have scored 181 in NMAT. Which decent B-Schools can I get in?

You should have applied for rural management in XIMB (if you're okay with rural management). That's the best you can get with 181 in NMAT. -
Sorry to say but 181 in NMAT will not land you in good B-Schools. 200 plus would have given you good chances enough. I would advise you to brush up your basics again and re-appear next year or appear for other MBA entrances as well.
