I have scored 203 in JEE Mains paper 2. I belong to general category. Can I get admission in MNIT?

    Last year (2017), my friend got 219 marks in JEE Mains Paper 2 and 81% in 12th from CBSE Board and he belongs to OBC category. His Gen rank was 9243 and OBC rank was 3800, still, he didn't get any college. So, I think for a general candidate, the score must be above than 250 if Board marks are not included.
