I have scored 23 in my JEE Mains 2018. Is there any college where I can get admission? I scored 77% in 12th and 52.6% in PCM.

Sorry, but you'll not get any seat through counselling. Moreover, you should apply in universities which have their own entrances for admissions. Recommendations be LPU, Amity, CU, Chitkara University, Manipal University, SRM, VIT etc. They are good, as far as placements are concerned. Best of luck.

You can apply in any private college like UPES, ICFAI, SRM, KIIT, VIT, etc. But you must qualify their entrance exam in order to get a seat in you favorable branch. Your overall 12% is good and you can get the admission easily in a private college. But in order to take admission in a government college then you must qualify any state level entrance exam or national level exam.
