You can't get admission in IHM, Goa with this rank in NCHMCT. Although you can try for IHM, Patna. If seats are available in last round then only you can get admission here also.
If you are not getting any seat in IHMs, then you should go for private hotel management colleges like IIHM, Kolkata.
