No. MANIT is one of the famous and prestigious institutes. You won't get it just by clearing the cutoff.

A general student needs around 178 marks for getting into MANIT Bhopal in a decent branch. Moreover, with your marks with ST category, it is really hard as MANIT is a good NIT. I would suggest you to also try for lower ones. Or into GSITS with home state quota.
