I have scored 32000 rank, have been called for counselling with a DD for Rs.50,000, by chance if I selected in NIIT, when is it refunded?

It'll be better to check with the college. I m not sure the exact time. So, it's better ask them when you go for counselling.

Yes, the counselling money is partially refundable, however, check once with the college also because these things often change.
