I have scored 40% in my B.Com. Can I go to Canada for further studies?

40 percent is quite a low score to be honest. Foreign universities make sure they give admission to those students who are having at least 60 percent marks.

I dont want do to masters there like cant I do my graduation again there or any other 1 or 2 years course
