i have scored 40 percentile in CAT.. is there a chance to get admission in the college?

No, you dont stand a chance.
A composite score of 600 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September -2012 and December 2012 OR 70 percentile or above in the Common Admission Test 2012 (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs)
