I have scored 43%tile in CAT 2014 & n my CMAT score is 126. 10th % is 59 , 12th % is 62, Graduation : 70%. Am I eligible to apply?

Sorry friend you should have 60 percentile in any xat/cat/cmat so your cat score is not eligible no idea about cmat score so write to admissions@xime.org to know about eligible cmat score if not eligible write mat/cmat in feb 2014 and try to score good marks
