I have scored 45% marks in Chemistry. Can I rewrite 12th exams and take admission in AIIMS? I am an NEET aspirant.

AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) is one of the most prestigious medical colleges in India, and admission to the college is based on the performance in the AIIMS entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for the exam requires candidates to have passed the 12th standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in English Physics Chemistry and Biology.
