    AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) is one of the most prestigious medical colleges in India, and admission to the college is based on the performance in the AIIMS entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for the exam requires candidates to have passed the 12th standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in English Physics Chemistry and Biology. Since you have scored 45 in Chemistry which is lower than the required minimum aggregate marks, you may not be eligible to appear for the AIIMS entrance exam.
