    Not possible in any NIT or IIEST. You should rather try in some private colleges or state run colleges and give state entrance exams. Or else, you can drop a year to score better. Best of luck.

    You can do chemical engineering from state colleges, and other private colleges there are no chance in NIT and triple it is and GFTIS.
