I have scored 48% in PCM and 1,38,700 rank in UPSEEE am i eligible for this college and tell me other colleges also

Dear Anurag,
If you fall in general category than you are not eligible because general category candidates should have scored minimum 50%. But if you are from SC/St/OBC category than you can take admission at 48%.
