I have scored 49 in maths, 60 in physics, 65 in chemistry and 80 in English which college can I get B.Tech CSE.

Yes you can get. Universities like LPU and SRMIST admitted students in B.Tech courses with the following eligibility criteria. Hence you can tryout here if interested. LPU B.Tech CSE eligibility criteria : Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. SRMIST eligibility criteria for B.Tech CSE : Minimum 50% aggregate in PCM in 10+2 level.
